Guests have a variety of opinions on this property, from "a great place to
stay" to "a terrible experience." Fans of the hotel like the "young, fun
and busy" atmosphere, the "tastefully decorated" rooms and the selection
of pillows available "in several densities to suit any comfort level."
Those who felt the hotel was a "total waste of money" blamed the
"extremely rude" staff with "horrible attitudes," the "loud" and
"confused" crowds and the "smelly" and "stinky" rooms. The spa treatments
are "superb and very relaxing," and most guests agree that the "food was
excellent."
